Top & Wrap Non-Stop

A labeling system created to apply a tax label on the caps of bottles and a semi-wrap around decorative label on the body of the same.

The system is configured in NON-Stop mode which coordinates 2 labelers placed in line, guaranteeing continuity of operation.

Each labeler starts automatically when the other stops due to running out of label roll or machine in alarm for any reason.

Thanks to the NON-STOP function, machine downtime is eliminated, improving efficiency and consequently daily productivity.

The format change can also be carried out while the products transit on the conveyor.
